This page is designed to help you know approximately where your order is in the process of being milled. Some fleece move faster through certain processes than others, and some will move back to washing/drying for a second or third wash after being picked. If you have more than one fleece at the mill your name could be found in all three different lists because parts of your order are in different parts of the process. The lists do not indicate the size of the order, some are much larger and will move much slower, others are smaller and will move faster.
This is not meant to be an exact indication of your order status, it is an approximate to give you some idea of where your order is in the process. We will contact you if there are any problems with processing your order, and we will contact you once it is complete. You should receive a phone call and an emailed invoice within 24 hours of your name coming off of the processing list. If you don’t, please contact us.
In Queue –
This list is in order of what will move to washing/drying next. Some orders don’t need washing/drying and will skip over other orders if there is space on the machines while other fleece are waiting for washing/drying space. Reservations will hold the top spots until their order arrives at the mill and they move immediately to washing, so some orders will skip past those reservations while we wait for them to arrive at the mill.
