Due to a medical situation we are going through, we are not accepting new clients for fiber processing services at this time. We are currently accepting reservations from existing clients. Our reservations generally are booked out about 5-6 months in advance, due to our current situation we are booking out about 9 months. You will get an exact date for your reservation after you submit your form.

Requirements:

Your batch of fleece can arrive at the mill no sooner than 14 days in advance of your reservation date. We do not have space to store fiber for more than 2 weeks prior to your reservation processing date.

If you plan to drop your fiber off at the mill in-person (instead of shipping) you must make a separate drop-off appointment by emailing us at info@willowcreekfibermill.co. Your reservation date is NOT the same as a drop-off appointment.

Your batch of fleece must arrive at the mill on or before your reservation date or your deposit will be forfeited and you will lose your reservation.

Your batch of fleece must be within +/- 3 fleece of the estimated number of fleece that you tell us at the time that you make your reservation or your deposit will be forfeited.

Your $100 deposit will go towards your processing fees.  However, if you cancel your reservation or do not meet the above requirements the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

We can take your deposit over the phone with a credit card, or through Paypal, or you can mail a check.  If you mail a check, we will hold your reservation date for 7 days while we wait for the check to arrive, if the check does not arrive within 7 days you will lose your reservation.

Reservation dates are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Date of reservation will be assigned upon invoicing for the deposit. Upon submission of this form, you will be invoiced for a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your reservation. Deposit will go towards processing fees as long as your fiber (+/- 3 fleece of the amount you reserved for) arrives at the mill on or before your reservation date for processing.
